Impact on the Business :

- Re-define and transform the audit approach towards operations audit across the Group

- Formulate and update detailed, risk-based audit plans in respect of the coverage of operations.

- Oversee the follow-up, tracking and reporting of material issues to ensure timely remediation.

- As a Managing Director oversee the on-going development and implementation of a strategy for operations audit, including data analytics capabilities which meets regulatory expectation and represents industry leading practice.

- Maintain expert knowledge of stakeholder requirement, competitor activities and market trends in their areas of expertise which can influence the direction of the Audit function.

- The candidate Must have the ability to quickly assess inherent risks and an understanding of the Group's controls in order to assess the residual risk in comparison to the Group's risk appetite.
