Managing Director - Finance Risk Technology Function - BFSI

Role and Responsibilities

As a Managing Director you will

- Lead the Financial Risk Technology function in delivery, strategy and target operating model for allocations in India .

- Be the single point of contact and senior most leader for all regional/ Country governance bodies and vendors

- Provide oversight for all risk and compliance, Talent Management, recruiting activities within the function

- Report to the CIO

Essential Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you need to

- Have a graduate /Post graduate certification in any discipline

- Have over 20+ years of total work experience with at least 11+ years in the area of financial risk technology in banking/ financial institute.

- Be leading a large team of at least 1000+ individuals and in a senior leadership for at least 9+ years

- Have hands on experience in application development and also in handling implementation of large transformation projects
