- The company is a first generation well established (30+ yrs) profit making, cash rich organization - OEM supplier to leading Indian / MNC companies
- The company has a strong reputation for quality & its design & manufacturing capabilities. Its strengths are agility / response time to customer requirements, consistent quality & delivery & ability to innovate due strong in-house design & development capabilities
- The company has a very clear plan to increase its turnover to over 200 crs by better utilization of current capacity - new products to same customers, trading in related / imported products & leveraging its client relationship to market other indigenous products. All growth is B2B.
- We are looking at our MD to take charge of operations, deliver on growth plan - economically & efficiently.
- The focus is on resource management; people / relationship management; productivity & efficiencies.
- Reporting to Chairman, the MD will be responsible for manufacturing, commercial, client, supplier & employee relations, new business & product development, cost & operations efficiencies.
Person :
- Around 40 yrs, preferably Engineer + MBA, with minimum 10 yrs in Electrical / Electronic Components / B2B business. Minimum 5 years should be as P&L / Division head in a progressive company.
- Initial career in MNC followed by an Indian entrepreneur driven company is ideal.
- We need a strong implementer. Strong in processes / systems, people skills. High result oriented, drive & commitment.
