1. According to the group company's business development strategy, be responsible for the formulation of annual policies and objectives of the factories under its jurisdiction, and the preparation and implementation of annual and monthly plans.

2. Responsible for organizing and implementing the production and operation management (production, equipment, logistics, technology, quality, delivery time, cost, safety, etc.) of the factories under its jurisdiction.

3. Responsible for product technology innovation and promote lean management.

4. Responsible for coordinating production, supply and sales with sales, purchasing, finance and other departments.

5. Responsible for the management system and system construction of the factories under its jurisdiction.

7. Responsible for the production performance assessment and talent reserve of the core team of the factory under its jurisdiction.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing/production/management related majors;

2. More than 8 years of production and sales management experience in large and medium-sized FMCG enterprises;

3. Have successful experience in lean production management and production site management;

4. Possess modern enterprise management knowledge and rich management experience;

5. Have a strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, willing to take on high-intensity work pressure, and have strong work toughness.
