- The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the cooperative bank.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the bank's long-term goals.

Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bank to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Risk Management:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.

- Establish robust internal controls and audit mechanisms.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team.

Experience:
- Minimum of 25 years in the banking or financial sector, with at least 15 years in a senior leadership role.
