Facilities and Admin Manager/Director - Employee Transportation

Company Overview:

We are a leading multinational corporation with extensive operations across metropolitan cities in India. As we continue to expand our footprint, we seek a dedicated Facilities and Admin Manager/Director to oversee our employee transportation initiatives.

Location: Multiple metropolitan locations across India

Roles: Depending on the candidate's experience, the position may range from Manager to Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement an efficient transportation strategy that caters to the needs of over 1,000 employees in each location.

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with transportation vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met consistently.

- Budgeting & Cost Management: Oversee the transportation budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all transportation services comply with local regulations and safety standards.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team of transportation coordinators and liaise with other departments for smooth operations.

- Feedback Mechanism: Establish feedback loops with employees to continuously improve transportation services.

- Tech Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology for route optimization, tracking, and real-time communication.

- Adapting to Change: Keep abreast of metropolitan transportation challenges and adapt strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

- Prior experience in facilities and administration with a specific focus on transportation.

- For Manager: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

- For Senior Manager: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

- For Director: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

- Familiarity with metropolitan transportation challenges in India.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in using technology to enhance operational efficiency.
