Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on Digital Assets Platforms (including App, Website) and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.
- End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.
- Own instrumentation, funnels of key journeys within the app/web ecosystem
- Develop strong hypothesis, execute A/B experiments and identify opportunity areas
- Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations
- Collaborate with Product for data tracking and implementation of tools like Google analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, NotifyVisitor,Optimize, Webengage, etc.
Experience/Requirement:
- Experience in core business analytics/product analytics.
- Expert in tools like GA4, GTM, Firebase, Optimize, AppsFlyer etc.
- Excellent understanding of SQL, Python/R. Ability to be hands-on as needed. Experience in working on large datasets is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Should be able to engage senior management with data.
- Generate different MIS as and when needed using those datasets.
