Manager - Warehouse - Retail

- 5-10 years of proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.

- Preferably from E-Commerce or Retail organizations procedures

- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Creative thinking & good analytical skills

- Exceptional communication skills & stakeholder management experience

- Hands-on experience on MS Excel, business related reports /MIS

- Leadership skills and ability manage staff Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision

- Overseeing receiving's, warehousing, and distribution operations

- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements

- Liaise with logistic partners

- Manage stock control and returns reconciliation

- Initiate, coordinate and enforce cost optimization
