Manager - Warehouse - Retail

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the P&L of the Bangalore order fulfillment warehouse

- Define processes for order management and backend

- Define SLAs and set up processes for timely fulfillment

- Set up warehouses processes and do continuous improvement

- Conceptualize and develop dashboards to measure key metrics

- Streamline the complete logistics chain with full ownership of the process

- Managing expectations of various stakeholder's business, operations, marketing, technology, legal, taxation etc.

Experience and Required Skills :

- 2-6 years of experience

Salary range: 7 - 9 LPA
