Title : Manager - Warehouse Operations

Location: Bangalore

The warehouse manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy & other applicable regulations

Job Duties :

- Plan, develop, Organize, direct, manage & evaluate the Operations.

- Ensuring Quality, productivity & budget objectives are met.

- Interview, Select, Coach, Train, Manage & appraise the performance of warehouse & supervisory personnel.

- Working closely with Engineering team to implement new developments & providing feedback.

- Coordinate with other dependent functions in organization for seamless operation execution.

- Safeguard Warehouse operations & Inventory by monitoring/controlling security procedures & protocols.

- Motivating & encouraging team work within the work force to ensure set targets are met.

Job Requirements :

Qualification : BE OR MBA from premier institute

- Leadership skills & ability to manage large group of people.

- Strong decision making, analytical ability & problem solving skills.

- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards

- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Team player who works productively with wide range of people

- Comfortable in fast-paced environment

- Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office packages and in particular Excel.

- Focus on customer experience.

- Lean & Six sigma knowledge will be a plus
