Manager/VP - Vendor Management - BPO

- Oversee Vendor Management functions.

- Manage SBU vendor relationships across domains, and ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives.

- Serves as mentor for SBU staff, ensuring optimization of vendor management skill set enhancement.

- Coordinate with Senior Mangers to ensure alignment across the domain.

- Collaborate with Leadership Team to align functional and SBU strategic plan.

- Responsibility for execution of SBU vendor selection, relationship management and performance evaluation.

- Complete authority for making day-to-day decisions within own area of responsibility.

- Responsibility for committing to actions and plans developed by IT Senior Leadership team.

- Responsible for monitoring and managing impact of vendor management on SBU Operations metrics within the company Scorecard/Dashboard.

- Serves as a strategic advisor to SBU on issues pertaining to IT vendor management.

- Dedicated focus on continuous improvement with clear responsibility for maximizing value of SBU to the business.
