Min. essentials:

1. Qualification | MBA / Masters from reputed colleges

2. Min Experience| 08 Yrs

3. Strong exp. in Investment Promotion, grounding of investment, Trade Promotion, Attracting investment in a State / Country, Policy formulation, planning and organizing Investment summit etc.

4. Prior experience in working with consultancy firm / industry association / trade association shall be essential

5. The candidate needs to have strong communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving and logical thinking ability

6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of work and deliverables

7. Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes

Work Location:

The candidate will be leading an engagement in Investment Promotion (attracting investment in a State) and shall be based out of a State capital in Central India. The base location of the candidate shall be Delhi / Mumbai and he/she can move back to the base location in 12-18 months. In the meantime, he/shall can avail of regular flybacks to the base location

Roles and responsibility:

The candidate will work on engagements with clients, be responsible for project delivery. The candidate will be leading an engagement in Investment Promotion (attracting investment in a State) and shall be based out of a State capital in Central India. Engagement would involve policy formulation, devising strategies on attracting investment, connecting with companies looking at investing in the State and helping them ground their investment, planning roadshows and investment summits etc.

The candidate is also expected to focus on thought leadership, knowledge creation as part of the role. Since we are a new age firm, we encourage people to take up added responsibilities and multi-task, which also enables them to grow.
