- To focus on building an effective and profitable distribution infrastructure for the Premium & Emerging Brands.

- Responsible for successfully leading the sales operation for this business and deliver agreed business objectives (Volume, Profit, Distribution & Consumer Awareness).

- To develop and implement a sustainable and profitable sales and trade marketing plan to expand the Venturing and Emerging Brands (VEB).

Key Responsibilities :

Market Operations :

- To get the RTM right - the type of stores, the margin structure, frequency of delivery, quality of salesmanship, quality of engagement with stores, drop size etc. would all be significantly different for Venturing and Emerging Brands (VEB) compared to the mainline products.

- Work with the teams to identify and recruit distribution / new partners across the territory. Work with VEB teams and plan activities and programs to generate demand and build consumer awareness, forecast the brands with precision, manage POS elements to drive maximum result.

- To represent the VEB business in key business pitches for large or national accounts. To represent the VEB business in the management of select Customers of strategic importance

- New Product - Actively work with VEB team to implement the launch plans for upcoming products.

- To ensure Demand fulfillment of NKA, activate channels in HORECA, colleges, gyms and at-work.

- Communication complexities: Medium to High Level Operational Interaction with: VEB team, Sales & Operation team of FBO. MEM & Marketing teams, Key Accounts LKA & NKA.

Qualifications / Competencies / Skills :

- Bachelors degree in any stream with Masters Degree in Management (Sales)

- Disciplined Approach towards Work

- Project management skills, Ability to manage budgets, People management skills,

Related Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 12+ years of experience encompassing the following areas: managing sales & distribution, route to market etc.
