Key activities and decision making areas

- Maintain the risk exposure to business, vendors, stakeholders within the risk appetite, by delivering a structured program for effective management of risks involved in data sharing.

- Supports the senior leadership in strategic decisions and drive the change effectively.

- Responsible to ensure that the vendor is managed in accordance with the group vendor management framework.

- First point of contact for management/vendors/stakeholders in matters relating to vendor operations/governance and risk.

- Responsible for reporting, in agreed frequency or as per requirement, publish MI to all parties in business.

- Provide timely updates in matters relating to Vendor contract and Risk Assessment/ Audits to senior management for decision making to ensure there is adequate process in place to manage, mitigate operational, compliance, and reputational risk of vendors/service providers who if failed, can impact in regulatory breach, financial losses. Fines & penalties.

To independently and effectively manage the matters relating to vendor contracts and services for NNS- Alert Review COE with full and maintain strong business relationship with associated vendors and keep current with regulatory changes that impact the business/contracts and accordingly ensure amendments in the contracts/services in conjunction with senior management.

Education / Relevant Experience / Other Qualifications (e.g. Knowledge, Skills, Professional Qualifications required)

A Bachelor's or Master's degree or with equivalent industry/functional experience.

- 6 to 8 of years of work experience related to the banking and financial services organization, with at least 3 years in managing client/vendor relationships, risk and expectations.

- Ability to interpret complex changes in regulatory guidelines and assess impact.

- Experience of interpreting and analyzing a large volume of information and / or data and provide succinct summary for management.

- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

- Able to negotiate/influence at all levels to ensure effective and timely delivery of initiatives/tasks.

- Ability to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy.

- Self- driven and Ability to inspire others. Ability to work with minimal supervision and a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities

Additional Information / Specific Skills (If Any)

- Knowledge of AML, KYC and NNS concepts will be an add value.

- Work experience in regulatory environment or KYC functions and processes (D)

- Flexibility to work in different shift timings as per business need (E)
