Manager (FEMALE)- Value Added Services for Telenor (AP & Telangana) (2-10 yrs)

Reports to : Circle CLM Head

Summary :

This person will be responsible for execution and maintenance of the content and applications, user interfaces and introducing new content, in hub/circle. This person will ensure execution of user friendly VAS service portfolio in accordance to VAS/content strategy and local market needs. The key deliverables including :integration of new content and application partners

- Customer Acquisition and product usage/revenue for VAS services

- Provide Product Requirement to support office

- Localize VAS content and application offerings

- Engage in Product Testing and training

- Product roll-out and campaign execution

- Monitor product performance and provide improvements

KRAs :

- Usage of content and applications- ARPU-SDP,ARPU-Data & ARPU- Total VAS

- Penetration CRBT, Data, SMS & VAS

- VAS Revenue as % of GR.

- Take-up and adoption rate of product offerings and services

- Customer experiences and stickiness monitoring- Renewals %

- Product improvements recommendation - Customer Feedback & Innovations

Key Accountabilities/ Key Responsibilities :

New Services (content and applications) development and execution

- Provide localized requirements for new product concept

- Engage in Product Testing

- Execute product rollout plan for local market

- Product Training of sales teams and customer care personnel

- Proposal of campaigns, bundles and promotions

- Execution of campaigns

Services (content and applications) maintenance and optimization :

- Ensure growth of product and products are functioning according to expectations

- Re-positioning or improvement of unsuccessful products

- Continuous proposal of new campaigns, bundles and promotions to increase product usage

- Ensure that offered content are according to hub/circle needs and content strategy/guidelines

- Local product issue resolution and execution of approved resolution

- Coordinate with Support Office product team on issue resolution and follow through on closure

- Suggest product enhancements

- Manage and monitoring of product performance and reporting Partner relationship

- Develop relevant content for local market with content partners approved

- Maintain and improve the existing content portfolio with the partners for local needs
