Manager - Valuations - Real Estate

- Responsible for conducting primary and secondary research within the real estate segment, followed by structuring and analysing the gathered data.

- Validate and randomly check the data being gathered by junior team members, within the defined quality parameters.

- Required to undertake financial modelling for valuation estimations of various projects and to prepare reports/presentations on the findings of the valuation study undertaken

- Responsible for valuation workings based on Direct Capitalisation, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.

- Undertake Financial Feasibility Analysis, Market Analysis, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, etc.

- Valuation exercises for portfolios/ single assets across real estate segments utilising various methodologies.

- Responsible for timely delivery of quality reports within stipulated timelines.

- Interact with clients for day-to-day operations and resolution of their queries for timely closure of reports

- Assist reporting manager in building strong external networks and expanding client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new clients)
