Manager - Valuation - Real Estate/Infra/Construction

We have a urgent job opening for a Manager Valuation with one of the leading Real Estate Company.

Location: Mumbai

Minimum Qualification: PGDM, MBA, M.Arch, MTP or an equivalent degree.

Work Region - Candidates from Tier I cities across India with work experience in western region.

Sectors: Real Estate Consulting firms, Construction (Developers & builders), Infrastructure Consulting Firms, Management Consulting Firms (with experience in real estate), Corporate Real Estate teams in MNCs & Banks

Proficiency of Language: English (must be extremely proficient), Hindi compulsory, Marathi (added advantage)

Job Description:

- Financial Models, Financial valuation, Strategic Consulting for Real Estate projects.

- The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, account management during duration of the assignment, deliverable quality and process management.

- The candidate shall be expected to mentor team members reporting into the said position and also largely be involved in raising the knowledge bar in the team.

- The candidate can infrequently participate (if workload of execution is low) in BD activities along with the Senior Manager or DGM.

- The candidate is expected to have significant consulting acumen and have good knowledge on valuations.
