We have opportunity in Transaction Advisory Services Team

This team focuses to create quality Data books and other transaction related professional services to various teams all over the world. Databooks is a foundation of the Due Diligence and Merger Acquisition activities undertaken by global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 60 - 70 people and the types of valuation you may be involved include Fairness opinions, Valuation advice in connection with acquisitions and disposals, Commercial and strategic valuations, Valuation advice related to accounting requirements, Bid defence work, Valuation for tax purposes.

- Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery

- Focus teams on the key priorities while managing several medium-size projects

- Ensure that team members deliver quality service as per client’s needs

- Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward

- Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and client’s expectations

- Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity

- Act as a counselor for team members

- Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees

- Identify L&D requirements of counselees

Desired Profile :-

- MBA/PG Diploma / CA with 8-10 years relevant experience of working on DCF & Relative Valuations projects.

- Have strong knowledge of valuation principles and finance

- Have strong interpersonal skills

- Strong team management skills; at least 4 – 5 yrs of exp in handling team.

- Have excellent written and spoken English skills, and be able to discuss and reason complex technical issues.Experience in interacting with senior management of clients.
