We have the following exciting opening with a MNC Consulting Firm

Manager - Valuation

Location : Gurgaon

- Preparing valuation models, performing but for analysis in the context of disputes and drafting deliverables discovery requests, expert reports, valuation reports etc.

- Identifying and developing business opportunities with Partners & Directors

- Preparation of pitches, proposals and other marketing materials

- Work on other projects of the company across service lines

Requirements:

- 4 - 6 or more years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar

- CA is Mandatory

- Excellent MS Office skills

- Strong analytical, accounting and valuation expertise

Key skills: M&A valuations, JV valuations, Purchase Price Allocations, Fairness opinions,, ESOP valuations, RBI and FEMA valuations, Financial modeling including VBA based modelling

- Candidates with prior experience of contentious valuations, valuations in dispute scenarios would be preferred

- Ability to work independently
