UX Strategist

Role Description:

- Spearhead the development of digital UX strategy

- Responsible for user experience engagement and business KPI's for consumer facing digital platforms, mobile websites and applications, co-branded sites and social media.

- Adept at defining channel UX design strategies across web, mobile and social media

- Devises processes, develop methods and conceptualize innovative offerings

- Provides thought leadership in the Digital UX space

- Is completely updated with the evolving digital space and is fascinated by the continual evolution of the Internet and digital

- Is able to handle a global clientele and adept at working in a cross-cultural environment

- Has strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process.

Must Have

- CUA (certified usability analyst) or similar certification.

- Worked on multiple domains (banking, telecom, pharma, etc).
