Manager - User Acceptance Testing + Settlements Analysis - Regulatory Reporting Domain - BFS

Role : UAT+Settlements

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the incumbent will include the following

- Generating business requirements based upon discussions with the Regulatory Reporting analysts

- Act as a key conduit with the NFRR data and technology teams in design, implementing and User Acceptance testing (UAT) of the Global Regulatory Reporting System (GRRS) platform

- Provide production support and user help to the Regulatory Reporting Analysts

- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and supporting materials (data dictionaries, business requirements, JIRA stories, playbooks, process flows, UAT scripts and plans etc.) driving transparency into the end-to-end reporting lifecycle

- Assist in platform governance to ensure new functionality and release do not conflict with existing capabilities in production

- Establish and conduct regression testing of the platform and participate in BCP/DR planning/testing as necessary

- To understand and review the data quality checks that are built by technology for different regulatory reports

- To perform different tests to determine if the data quality checks are performing as expected and are capturing all the non-compliant records

- To perform QA/UAT checks on any business enhancements done by technology

- To carry out DQ checks on the final reports while submission and analyze the results to suggest any gap or improvements

 Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and fact-based decision making Ability to meaningfully analyze and report complex data for enterprise and reporting

- Experience in Regulatory Reporting

- Experience in UAT/QA

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel and Word and ability to work on these without any support

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Executive Leadership and others levels within the Bank
