Location: Bhubaneswar

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 6 to 10 yrs

Age: Less than 34 yrs.

CTC: 13 to 18 lacs

Description -

Performs essential functions like increase in new acquisitions, revenue generation, retaining existing customers, carry out prepaid activities like offering new schemes, adding new product features etc.

The job role also requires maintaining continuous interaction with market research agencies, advertisement agencies, vendors, tele-calling agencies, handset vendors, government agencies, suppliers and other consumer organizations to meet various requirements. Also coordinates with different departments to formulate new tariff plans, change existing ones, addition of new products & services and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinates with marketing research agencies and different circles to conduct competitor analysis, understand consumer behavior, test satisfaction with brand, profile customers, test new communication etc.

- Ensures high revenue generation by attracting new customers and retaining the present ones by keeping the churn under control.

Carries out all prepaid activities like offering new schemes, costing, customer promotions, launching new products & services and modifying the current ones to increase acquisitions

Coordinates with RA team team to plan new tariffs, new products & services, changes like physical packaging etc..

Targets specific customer segments like corporate etc. and promotes product features through events, contests, road shows etc.

Coordinates with the sales department to take inputs on customer feedback, communicate it to the senior management and designing new products & services based on the customer feedback.

MBA in marketing from a reputed management institute

Minimum 7-9 years of work experience, preferably with telecom industry experience

Good coordination skills, Excellent communication skills & Excellent networking skills
