1. JOB PURPOSE

- To strategize new campaigns for Prepaid & Postpaid base.

- To drive the circles for achieving Revenue Targets basis ARPU & focusing on Churn reduction

1. Usage & Revenue - Circles

a) Voice Usage

b) VAS & Data Usage

c) Customer profitability

d) Enhance ARPU

2. Campaign Management – Circles

a) Drive Segmented campaigns – Prepaid& Postpaid base

b) Induce Multiple service Adoption – Prepaid & Postpaid base

3. Retention

a) Reduction in Churn from prepaid & postpaid subs

b) Reduce value churn from Prepaid & Postpaid bucket

4. Launch National Campaigns driving the overall national key KPI’s.

Internal Interaction

Internal role this position would need to interact with to enable success in day to day work

This position needs to interact with IN & customer service delivery for better customer experience thereby driving profitability.

This position also needs to interact with the circles to drive revenues and other key KPI’s

This position also requires travel to key locations to understand business complexities.

MBA with 4/5 yrs of experience with relevant telecom experience
