Manager - US Valuation

Role and Responsibilities:

- Planning, organizing, conducting, and managing various valuation engagements.

- Excellent communication skills are required for interacting with clients, auditors, and partners.

- Managing a team while being accountable for the weekly progression and reporting of the engagement to the respective account head in the team.

- Responsible and accountable for quality control and accuracy of deliverables.

- Oversees multiple engagements simultaneously.

- Works collaboratively with the team and is a positive contributor to the firm's culture.

- Participates in firmwide initiatives and contributes to the firm's growth.

- Leads, trains, and mentors the team, typically comprising assistant & associate managers, senior analysts, analysts /associates; and

- Planning for internal and external training for the team's personal and professional development.

- Working knowledge of the below will have a preference:

- Portfolio Valuations/ Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820)

- Equity Incentive Awards (ASC 718 and IRC 409A)

- Business Combinations (ASC 805)

- Goodwill Impairment (ASC 350/360)

- Embedded Derivatives (ASC 815)

- Gift & Estate Tax Valuations

- Valuations for UK-based companies

- Experience of leading a team and independently managing clients and projects
