The Role: Manager of Reporting - Mortgage

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.

- Data Analysis: Actively involved in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

- Performance Metrics: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business objectives.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

- Reporting Tools: Utilize advanced reporting tools and technologies to create dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making like Excel, PowerBI & PowerApps.

- Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and best practices.

Skills Required:

- Experience: 5+ years in mortgage reporting or analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management (SQL).

- Mortgage Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage products and processes

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. .

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any Graduate

- 5+ years in mortgage reporting or analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
