Manager - US Medical Billing Process - BPO

Prerequisites:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in US Medical Billing Process

- Currently managing a team of 30+ people

- In-depth knowledge of medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, and U.S- Healthcare industry

- Flexible to work night shift

Job Description:

Responsible to:

- Manage the entire revenue cycle management team, end-to-end

- Interact with the client (United States Billing Supervisor, Front Office Staff, IT staff, Providers)

- Create targets and benchmarks and ensure results

- Create reports and present to the client and upper level management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Hire and Train new employees in all areas of revenue cycle management

- Audit, identify defects and continually improve the process

- Fill in for employees as and when required at any step in the revenue cycle management
