Job Responsibilities
- Generate detailed reports for payroll, bank transactions, payments, leave and more
- Maintain all statutory reporting relating to payroll
- Manage organizational structure for Payroll coding to General Ledger Financials
- Produce and maintain Payroll procedures and participate in project work for new processes in implementing best practices in payroll
- Manage staff in accordance with policies and applicable regulations, including planning, assigning, and directing work
- Manage both Internal & External Audits
- Manage all Payroll related reports and analytics
Qualification and Experience
- Post Graduate / Graduate with 12+ years- of hands-on experience in payroll, retirals, salary related taxation, and well versed with related legislations
- Experience with implementation of Flexi Benefit Plan (NPS, other reimbursements)
- Experience with Philippines payroll will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling team and people management
- Adept in payroll software and other IT applications
- Adept with TDS rules and regulations is a must
- In depth knowledge of labour, statutory and Social Security laws
- Legal entity controllership experience

- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
- Ability to interact across leadership levels, external and overseas teams/auditors/consultants
Main Highlights
- The incumbent will be responsible to Deliver Payroll services to agreed timelines and accuracy, whilst enforcing and complying with the company's financial policies and standard processes
- Establish and implement internal control procedures
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all Payroll transactions
- Analyze existing policies and procedures for payroll, identify gaps / improvement areas and recommend changes, Monitor adherence to processes, policy, guidelines, payroll timelines and SLA's & Conduct regular review to ensure accuracy
- Act as custodian of compensation cost
- Will be leading a team, reporting to Senior Manager, HR
- This is a global role engaging stakeholders (at all levels) across geographies like India, Philippines and US
- Experience with US & India payroll is a preferable with implementation of Flexi Benefit Plan (NPS, other reimbursements)
- Drive relationship with payroll vendor across regions, review contracts and process setups
