Manager - US GAAP Reporting - BFS - CA

- Preparation & maintenance of books of accounts of Company and SPVs

- Assess and implement US GAAP / IFRS/IND AS application to the business requirement

- Periodic closing of accounts & financial statements, consolidation and financial reporting

- Ensuring periodic reporting for the management based on requirement

- Financial audits (internal/external) based on requirement

Successful Candidates:

- CA with experience in US GAAP/ IFRS / IND AS

- Good Accounting knowledge

- Good working knowledge of ERP/Tally

- Good working knowledge MS office tools (Excel, Word and Power point presentation)

- Ability to derive things to closure

- Good Communication skills
