Manager - US Audit & Assurance - Jaipur

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- CA/CPAs working with big four or similar firms.

- Experience and Good Understanding of US GAAP and GAAS (Preference will be given to those with experience in serving government entities)

- CA/ Licensed CPA.

- 0-5 years of recent accounting/auditing experience with a national or regional technically proficient firm.

- Ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines.

- Excellent work experience in Financial Reporting as per US GAAP, GAAS & IFRS

- Financial advisory services and Statutory Audit background (managed US GAAP audits)

- Strong communication & analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Contributes to the team effort to meet deadlines

- Review and sign off workpapers

- Prepare audited financial statements

- Prepare planning workpapers including materiality

- Record journal entries for all audit adjustments

- Documenting audit tests and findings

- Correspond with audit manager on issues identified during audits
