Manager - US Accounting - Global FPO

Client Deliverables & CRM:

- Day To Day operational work and coordination with senior

- Operations Staff for Client Delivery Status

- To Track Client Email and other alternatives (like Dropbox, FTP Folder etc) for new work orders

- To prioritize the new work order/client for processing

- To update clients and internal management on daily work status

- To review work order/project prior to the final output email

- To respond to client on their queries/email

Internal process improvement:

- Update Revised Internal Review Checklist

- Quarterly Review and Revise Internal Review Work Checklist Time to Time

New Clients/Projects Planning and execution:

- To Follow up with Client for initial set-up and transition.

- Introduce our services and understand the Client work process.

- To Transit New Client/Project to operations staff.

- To Follow-up with existing client for new project/work orders.
