Job Title : Manager – Upstream Marketing

Reporting to : Regional Marketing Organization

Division : AMEA Regional Marketing

Location : Delhi/NCR

Job Description:

- This role leads all upstream marketing activities supporting all Business units of company for the AMEA markets.

- The role will involve working closely with the regional R&D organization to drive innovation and R&D programs. This entails providing local leadership, driving standard ways of working, harmonizing methods & tools and driving synergy in needs & wants expressed in the different BU’s.

- Being the “voice of customer” advocate – driving the domain knowledge & competency and customer insight in the organization; being the “voice of AMEA”.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the upstream marketing function in the region with responsibilities for end to end (customer insights to commercial market launch) and branding strategy for market appropriate products for the AMEA region.
