Manager - University Partnerships - Campus Connect Program

Job Summary:

The Manager- University Partnerships for Campus Connect Program will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner universities/institutions for the Campus Connect program. This program includes campus ambassador internship, work-integrated learning programs, and double degree programs. The Manager will collaborate with the program team to identify and implement strategies to enhance engagement with partner universities and increase participation in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner universities to support the Campus Connect program's goals and objectives.

- Work with the program team to identify and implement strategies to enhance engagement with partner universities/institutions and increase participation in the program.

- Develop and execute outreach plans to recruit universities to participate in the program.

- Coordinate with partner universities/institutions to design and implement campus ambassador-internship programs.

- Work with partner universities/institutions to identify and design work-integrated learning programs and double degree programs.

- Collaborate with the program team to ensure the successful execution of the Campus Connect program.

- Monitor and report on program performance metrics, including participation rates and impact on students.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in universities/institutions partnerships, program management, or related fields.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with partner universities.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

- Experience with program evaluation and reporting.

- Knowledge of higher education trends and best practices.
