Job Description:
Taking complete ownership and lead the management of customer-centric user experiences for digital products - Website, Apps for Customers & Agents
- Understand the current customer trends and digital industry trends and accordingly implement them on the co. Digital products
- Monitor the performance of the digital products on a daily basis, suggest / implement necessary enhancements post discussing with the stake holders
- Integration of various internal and partner systems with the e-commerce portal and suggesting / implementing new and innovative ways for the same in order to achieve the business objectives
- Help identify and implement new innovations that can be used to drive Business or create a unique customer experience
- Ensure best practices are followed while designing such that not only the visual experience is great but the performance / load times of each screen
- Understand user behavior on the website using analytics tools, NPS scores & feedback and accordingly devise personalized user journeys
- Be responsible for reducing drop-outs at each stage of the buying funnel and ensure a high degree of straight through purchase
- Competitor & Category Benchmarking for digital products
- Ideating and coming up with innovations that will help improve customer experience
- Be responsible for the web product quality and ensure necessary regulatory / legal & stake holder approvals are in place
- Reduce operational over heads and cost by introducing automations
- Work on building the digital roadmap and UI/ UX for other new co. businesses
- co. forays into the OTT world, opportunities for UI/UX development for OTT products can also arise
- Ensure seamless experience on web and mobile
- Driving key metrics like Conversions, NPS, Bounce Rate, Content consumption etc. for the digital products
Project Management:
- Project leader for development of the above interfaces working closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Managing and Guiding multiple Vendors for various projects
- On boarding new vendors to improve the output and increase efficiency
- Co-ordination, Management & Proactive follow-ups with diverse hierarchical, procedural stakeholders to complete the tasks at hand within the required time and ensuring the highest quality
- Providing the necessary support for campaign management
- Ensure Project Trackers and regular status reviews are done
- Following the necessary process, maintaining the records / files / data of critical information and providing the same for audit and other purposes
- Be the go-to person across organization / partners for any features, integrations etc on the co. digital products
