- Actively build, develop, and manage (re)insurer relationships through regular contact and market visits to deliver consistent treaty sourcing and placement success.
- Participate in negotiations to secure competitive terms, structure, and pricing. Ensure contracts have negotiated terms, comprehensive coverage and in line with client requirements.
- Ensure negotiations conclude successfully on or before inception.
- Substantial experience in Treaty reinsurance (expertise in at least one major line of business is a plus)
- Should have an excellent existing network with insurers and/or brokers in MENA/Africa/SE Asia/SARC
- Demonstrated and proven ability to source treaty business from outside India.
