Our Manufacturing client a world leader in construction, mining and other engineering equipment manufacturing has an opportunity for a profile in Treasury, for their shared service setup. An ideal candidate will have 5+ progressive experience in treasury including set up and managing of treasury technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the Treasury team and support the Center of Excellence. Provides leadership and direction to a team of individual contributors.

Must have:

- Managing treasury Technology process

- 70% Technology and 30% treasury background(GIS type of background)

- Supporting Treasury Systems ( Technology from a treasury perspective)

Timings:01:00PM(Noon ) to 10P M IST-Need to be flexible for extended working hours as they will be working closely with US team

Education: Requires a college degree in finance, economics, business administration or information technology-related field or equivalent experience in the areas of foreign exchange, commodity management, economics, cash management, banking, financial markets or funding.

- Five to eight years of progressively responsible job-related experience is typically required.

Prior experience in:


- Treasury management


- Cash management


- Treasury technology management and Working in a Shared Service environment

Job Duties/ Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the Treasury Operations or Treasury Technology processes.

- Implementing Treasury Cash Management / Treasury Technology best practices and internal controls.

- Monitor and deliver day-to-day activities for Treasury Operations or Treasury Technology.

- Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams.

- Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

- Knowledge of the principles and methodology of cash management; ability to use tools, techniques and processes to administer inflows and outflows.

- Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

- Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

- Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Compensation: In and around 27 to 28 LPA, based on current CTC and experience. Open to Negotiation for good-fit candidate
