1) Portfolio Sale transaction
- Smooth co-ordination with all the stakeholders (internal and external) for conduct of due diligence and ensuring minimum negative observations
- Conducting and handling various due diligence activities; Health check-up of physical loan files
- Preparation of Cash flows, Tentative Remittance Report, and other enclosures for selected loan pool
- Working on pre-disbursement conditions such as CA certificate, Management Certificate, etc.
- Working on post disbursement compliance
2) Reconciliation
- Reconciliation of Loan Balances with Banks & Auditors for all the existing loan pools to save any revenue leakage.
- End to end management of pool audit conducted by Bank's appointed CA Firm
- Smooth co-ordination with all the stakeholders for pool audit and reconciliation
- Submission of daily DPD report to banks for sold loan portfolio.
- Maintenance of covenant tracker for Sold portfolio and submission of various compliances to all the banks as per the agreed timeline.
- Submission of various ad-hoc information to banks for sold loan portfolio
3) Settlement of delinquent off-book cases
- Smooth and timely co-ordination with various banks for initiating settlement requests for delinquent cases pertaining to all the sold loan portfolios.
- Smooth & timely co-ordination with collections team for resolving bank queries
4) System development and automation
- Coordination with IT team for smooth development and UAT of the system pertaining to securitization.
5) Audit and review
- Preparation and submission of various data and information for Statutory audit, Internal audit, Concurrent audit, etc.
- Resolving audit queries
- Timely update and sharing of the MIS on delinquency status of the sold portfolio regular basis to all the stakeholders.
Requirement (Experience / Skill / Qualification / Industry background etc.)
Job requirement/Skills:
- Ability to liaise and build rapport within the organization as well as with external stakeholders, problem solving skills, communication skills, positive attitude.
- Understanding of NBFC/ HFC business
- Understanding of Securitisation and Direct assignment Regulations
- Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
- Hard working, result oriented, positive approach & ability to work under pressure
Educational qualifications: CA Inter or Post-Graduate or Graduate
Relevant Experience:
- 7-10 years
- NBFC/HFC experience is must
