Manager - Treasury Operations - Leading Hospitality Chain
We are looking for a Manager Corporate Finance for a leading Hospitality Group.
Job Profile:
- Leadership role in driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization having two business verticals of resorts business and membership business.
- Managing Treasury Operations and Fixed Asset accounting.
- Monitor Cash flow.
- Managing Bank Accounts.
- Cash Management.
- Bank Account Reconciliation.
- Long Term Loan Negotiations and Management.
- Ensure development and implementation of Policies, Systems and Procedures to identify, record, value, and Depreciate Fixed Assets in accordance with Accounting Standards.
- Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Asset Capitalization.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
- Project accounting.
- Driving compliance to Accounting policies and SOP's.
- Manage the MIS requirements of immediate and Ultimate Holding company.
- Manage Related party transactions compliance.
- Focus on retaining & developing talent.
- Coach and train people on taking larger roles.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree in Finance with commercial acumen.
- 3+ years of Accounts and Finance experience.
- 2-3 years exp in Treasury Operations and Fixed Asset accounting.
- Experience in Cashflow management & Long Term Loan Negotiations and Management.
- Analytical Skills - MIS, Consolidation, Reports.
- Working knowledge of GST.
- Must be familiar with accounting on ERP system (Oracle Net suit preferable).
- Knowledge of relevant Accounting Standards.
- Leadership skills: Team Management.
- Excellent Cross Functional Working skills.
- Negotiation & Communication Skills.
