Job Role : Manager Treasury Operations- Accounting

Department : Section Manager Treasury Operations

Reports to: Lead Treasury Operations

Location: Mumbai (prefer Mumbai based candidates only)

CTC : Between 6 – 12 lakhs p.a

Preferred Candidates – Chartered Accountants with minimum 3 – 5 years of ecperience

Job Description :

The person will be handing the Accounts activities related to Treasury operations. The person will be absorbed in any of the position in Treasury Accounts & will be rotated within the department as per the company policy & requirement. The broad activities are as under :

A- Loan Servicing

Loan Accounting and servicing -

- Loan products – Syndicated Loans / Buyers Credit / Suppliers Credit / Bills Discounting

- System used – SAP Loan Module + FICO

- Scope of work – Creation of Loan, Interest accruals and payments, withholding tax payments, accounting for loan related expenses, funding for payables, discharge of liability w.r.t. loans, handling audit queries ,Monthly closing related activities w.r.t. loans

- Manages Loan cash flow which includes monthly rolling plan & daily cash flow projections central banking division.

Compliances (Tax & Accounting Standards)

- Service Tax – vetting with concerned team, accounting entries and provide all inputs to avail credit for the same.

- Withholding Tax – vetting with concerned team, accounting entries, payments and necessary documentation to enable final payments.

- TDS – vetting from concerned teams, accounting entries.

- Income Tax – Loan related inputs to be provided to concerned team for necessary Income Tax filing / IT Assessments.

- Person should be well-versed with the requirements of accounting standard.

B Group Company Transactions

- Managing the group company Accounting & Reconciliations on daily & monthly basis.

- Internal Mandate monitoring in group company transactions.

C- Fx& Derivative Transactions

- Fx& Derivative daily funding & Accounting

- Compliance of Accounting standards on fx&derivative transactions

- MIS reports & month-end closing activities

D- Investment Accounting & Compliance Monitoring

- Checking the day end accounting in SAP
