Manager (Treasury)

- Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management. Analysing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.) Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee development and analysis of company's cash flow and liquidity position, ensuring that capital structure is appropriate to fund company's strategic plan

- Assist in the execution of financings, and develop and review detailed financial models related to cash, debt and interest expense for analyses, projections, reports and presentations

- Lead development of reports that automate or otherwise enhance the monitoring of the company's capital structure. This includes monitoring Long-Term & Short-Term Debt, draws on the company's borrowing facilities, Debt and Equity ratios and Rating Agency metrics

- Assist with the design and preparation of presentations to the Board of Directors and credit rating agencies, oversee debt compliance and reporting, treasury policies and procedures, and support audit requests.

- Oversee the overall pension process. This includes working with internal and external teams to ensure process is completed for overall financial administration as well as working with the asset management team to coordinate reporting and compliance deliverables.

- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that create automation, greater efficiency and consistency of internal processes

- Providing guidance, training, and development to team members

- Perform duties inherent in all supervisory, professional, and administrative positions

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA or CWA or MBA (Finance) with Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Treasury Functions with a Large Industrial Conglomerate having turnover Rs. 5000 Crores plus.

2. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS preferred

3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization

4. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

6. Experience with accounting system implementation preferred

7. Critical thinker and creative problem solver (out-of-the-box thinker) that naturally pushes to constantly improve systems, processes, and procedures to minimize non-value-added activities

8. Solution oriented

9. Independent, yet collaborative at appropriate times

10. Initiator

11. Confidence to work with all levels of the decentralized organization, including Executive Management

12. Tech-Savvy (strong ERP systems background)
