Manager - Treasury - IIM/XLRI/SPJIMR/CA - FMCG

Looking for a Female Talent as Manager - Treasury for a Large MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

A Post Grad / MBA in Fin ( from IIM's / XL/SPJIMR etc., 2011 /12 batcher ) or a CA (Rank Holder, 2010 -2012) with at least 5-7 years of Post Qual exp. in the areas of Forex/Treasury / FP&A.

The role in brief :

Brief KRA's :

Responsible for managing the company's foreign exchange exposures.

- Forex Management.

- Investment Planning and Implementation.

- Competitive Intelligence

- Scouting for various borrowing instruments

- Maintaining external relationship.

- Cash Flow Management for India and overseas subsidiaries.

- Maintaining a Risk Management framework.

- Statutory compliances.
