Job Designation : Manager - Treasury Finance - Navi Mumbai

Qualification : CA

Experience : Minimum : 2-5 year

Job Responsibilities :

- Invest company surplus funds in the right investment to optimize returns, arrange for renewal of insurance policies and review audit schedules and Bank reconciliations on monthly basis.

- To supervise and co-ordinate all activities related to Banking, Management of day today Liquidity etc

- To co-ordinate activities related to Foreign Exchange transactions - FX Exposure & Hedging of import Export Transactions

- To determine surplus funds and review option for investments, ensure timely receipt of dividend /investment and prepare schedule of investments / interest and dividend as per statutory requirements.

- To supervise the Bank Reconciliations & ensure clearance of open items on Monthly basis

- To Prepare all details, Forms, Schedules for Group & Local Reporting n Statutory Compliance, Audits

- To Comply with all FEMA & RBI related matters.

- To support activities for Insurance like data compilation etc & settlement of insurance claims if any.

Skills/Expertise :

- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Treasury function.

- Finance & Treasury Knowledge

- SAP Knowledge
