Manager - Treasury - BFSI

Investment:

- Explore new investment opportunities for diversification and inorganic growth.

- Analyze and evaluate the target entities and estimate target valuation by using various financial valuation methods, such as DCF, comparable company/transactions analysis, capital structure analysis etc.

- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis through financial modeling with the intent to support investment activities.

- Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation.

Treasury :

- To invest surplus funds of the Company in optimum manner.

- Analyzing mutual fund schemes and other investment options across asset classes and make recommendations for change in investment portfolio.

- Constant interaction with AMC's and investment consultancies for market updates and exploring new investment avenues.

- Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS.

- Any other activity as assigned.
