Manager - Treasury - BFS

Working closely with Investment Bankers/IFIN team for Fund raising (Fund-based and Non Fund based facilities); negotiating and finalizing the terms of the financing facility being sourced

- Timely completion of documentation, and compliance with formalities to ensure speedy disbursement of the sanctioned facilities

- Review daily cash flow and ensure investment of surplus funds as per policy and internal timelines

- Review the corporate policies related to working capital, and model their impact on cash flows

- Well versed with the framework and regulatory requirements of RBI, FEMA, Exim Bank

- Good understanding of business and products

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
