Job Description :

- Subject Matter Expert on E2E Transmission Network & Services for Strategic Planning, Technology Evolution, Standardization & Optimization.

- Work with OpCos and the HQ team to ensure end-to-end transmission network planning and optimization activities across internal and partner organizations.

Description :

- Experience on designing of Microwave, Optical Fibre and IP domain for Access and Backbone networks

- Experience of vendor management and BOQ evaluations.

- Establishment of highly reliable and redundant transport network; Establish a robust quality improvement plan

- Defining the Transmission planning strategy based on the company objectives.

- Defining the Transmission standards.

- Ensure proper Capacity Planning and dimensioning for overall transport nodes are in line with agreed capacity management guidelines;

- Ensure network resilience and redundancy plans on Transport network.

- Ensure implementation of network guidelines and driving Opco's adherence on same.

- Prepare & continuously evolve Processes & Procedures standardization on network Design & Planning, Technology & Evolution, Life Cycle Management.

Profile :

- Bachelor of Engineering degree (communication, electronics, or related fields)

- Sound knowledge of transmission Network Planning, Optimization and O&M

- 6+ years of experience in Microwave/Fibre and Networking domain.

- 1+ years management experience in vendor management and capex/open planning.

- Understanding of multiple technologies in Voice, data and Infra domains
