Description :
- Lead the end-to-end transition projects across Finance, Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Payroll processes and systems
- Develop transition methodology, project templates and standard reporting for updating senior stakeholders
- Design, drive and implement the change management strategy across transitions in collaboration with the senior stakeholders
- Accountable for KPIs, key ones being timely and quality delivery of transitions
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, BPO partner and other teams to deliver project outcomes
- Assess/define project risks and outline mitigations plans
- Manage expectations of service delivery teams and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement culture through idea generation and implementation
- Project management and coordination including preparation of presentations for global leaders
- Manage issues/escalations and strive for timely resolution
- Exercise sound judgment based on a thorough analysis of key business information, metrics provided, benefits and trade-offs. Also, any resourcing requirements are calculated and managed appropriately
Profile :
- A graduate/Post Graduate degree in finance; with a business management degree being a plus
- 10+ years of work experience in project management, transitions and a shared service environment
- Strong knowledge of processes across Finance, P2P and Payroll
- Proven experience in leading transitions, program management and change management
- Experience in developing business cases and project management methodologies
- PMP, Six Sigma and Data Visualization tools (preference - not mandatory)
- Being able to earn respect, gain credibility and create a sense of urgency with project team members to deliver outcomes
- Strong exposure to global business environments/ global roles/ senior stakeholders
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge thinking and influence change
- Self-driven approach, be proactive, result-oriented, structured
- Strategic thought leadership in designing future state delivery and strategies for attaining them
- A collaborative approach, ability to work across organizational lines
