Manager - Transitions - Inv Bank - IIM/XLRI

Looking for seasoned Transition Professionals for one a leading Investment Bank.

MBA from Top Tier Institute (XLRI, SP Jain, IIM, MDI, FMS, NMIMS).

Overview:

- Accountable for the overall success of the Transition.

- Development and implementation of a transition solution.

- Refinement of Service Delivery Transition plans and deliverables in the outsourcing space.

- Do Transition Readiness Assessment (TRA) during RFP Solutioning stage.

- Adhere to Common Minimum Practices(CMPs) for Solutions.

- Reviews proposals and contracts for accuracy in areas related to transition. Interfaces with sales team and operations team to ensure smooth transition effort.

- Setting up and ensuring smooth routine reporting mechanisms.

- Ensure client sign-offs and tracking of Transition Budgets

- Ensure that Quality check plan defined before transition is complete acting as escalation point for the project.

- Report progress of transition by circulating weekly dashboard

Any who is supporting Banking and Financial Services sector will be preferred.

Requirement:

- 10+ years experience with 7+ years of relevant experience in Transitions.

- Qualification - MBA from Top Tier Institute (XLRI, SP Jain, IIM, MDI, FMS, NMIMS) - Mandatory
