Manager - Transitions - BFSI Domain - BPO

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for BPO transitions and project management for Banking & Financial vertical.

- Set projects deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of the projects.

- Prepares reports for uppers management regarding the status of the projects

- Define best practices and standard framework while working with BPO function .

- Lead Solution design and RFPs .

- Lead client presentation and pricing discussion .

- Lead SOW discussions with Sales team and internal clients .

- Lead in planning and implementing process migrations .

- Assist Project Mangers/ Sales groups in developing proposals for prospective customers .

- Partner with Operations during implementation phase in developing process support infrastructure, for e.g., MIS definitions, escalation procedures, knowledge transfer, DRP et

Desired Profile:

- Graduate(MBA Preferred)

- 4-6 years project management experience with practical experience in the Transitions \Implementation towards BFSI domain.

- Has or is actively pursuing project management certification (e.g. PMP).

- Must have excellent communication skills
