Transition Manager

Role reports to : Vertical Head

Will be responsible for :

- Managing a portfolio of multiple projects and/or programs simultaneously.

These projects shall be the following in nature :

Business Process Transition projects : Business Growth, New Business and Pipe Out Transition projects, Commercial Development, Shared Services projects and/or programs, Local Market, Group Function or customer projects and/or programs

Salary : INR 17,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. other

Industry : Telecom/ISP

Education :

PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

- Must have worked on Projects related to Transition

- Must have worked on Technical & non Technical - Transition or Project, Example Commercial (Enterprise and Customer Ops, Credit & Collections), Finance (Finance Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics), HR, Legal, External Affairs (Fraud, Risk and Security Management), Technology (IT and Network Operations).

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

- PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2 (Projects In a Controlled Environment), APM (Association for Project management) or equivalent project/programme management certification

- MS Project and Visio are essential tools for project management

- Fluent written and spoken English + another European language is an advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong relationship management, negotiating & influencing skills

- Must have good communication skill
