Role & Responsibilities:

- Independently lead multiple Transition projects through execution of strong project management principles and successfully deliver projects within timelines.

- Proactively identify and report project risks and mitigation plan

- Deliver training to internal managers on Transition methodology and approach

- Constantly strive to evolve and improve the Transition approach.

Requirements:

- Degree with 10 years of work experience with at least 2-3 years in a Transition role (preferably in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain)

- Independently leading global migration projects.

- PMP certified (preferable)

- Excellent interpersonal skills
