One of our clients which happens to be a Fortune 400 company is looking for a Manager- Transitions/Migrations with any BPO Transitions experience.  Job Description :   - 4+ years in BPO Transitions with a combination of Customer Service operations (Ideal Tech support ops or Service Desk)  - Strong program management skills with PMP trained / Certified  - Understanding of various transition phases from Contracting to Steady State operations.  - Responding to RFIs, RFP and understanding of sales cycle preferred.  Mandatory:  - Understanding of Contact Center Operations / Ad Operations / Technical Support / Service Desk.  - Strong MS Project, MS Office (PPT, Visio, Excel & Word) skills  - Flexible to work in shifts.  Note : No F&A transitions will be considered.
